Unique Materials For Unique Solutions
Preneet Covers are manufactured from patented materials developed to assist in the constant fight against corrosion.
Created by a process of adhering a protective outer layer to a soft,surface friendly inner layer that cushions and protects delicate surfaces.
The middle layer consists of an olefin hot melt, that contains a Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) additive, to further assist where the cover lays over the asset, and residual moisture could be trapped.
Available in 7-ml Aviation Red and a more robust 10-ml White that offers a heavier load of Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI).

It’s All in the Design
For Basic Covers, a simple 2D drawing or sketch is all it takes to produce a custom cover to protect your asset. For more Complex Covers, a 3D Laser scanner is used to capture the item, and a new 3D model is created.
The Design Process
STEP 1
A 3D Laser scanner is used (when a 3D file is not available), to capture the item on location.
STEP 2
A 3D model is created from
the scan and a render is
produced for review by the
design, engineering, and
production teams.
STEP 3
After teams review and
any modifications to the
original design, a
prototype test cover is
manufactured.
STEP 4 – The prototype test cover is delivered to the customer and installed to inspect for accuracy, fit and finish and to ensure all the
equirements of the cover
and its design have been met.
STEP 5 – A final part number is generated and documented for future cover needs.
Cover Plug System Solutions
The Preneet Cover Plug System provides the highest level of long-term protection available in the industry. Selected by major manufacturers when only the best will do, our Cover Plug System has a proven track record of successful implementation in the harshest of environments.
3 Distinct Layers of Protection
OUTER LAYER – Similar to a heavily loaded denim, the outermost layer of the cover is designed for extremely long life and protection of the aircraft in the harshest environments.
MIDDLE LAYER – hot melt adhesive containing VCI and anti-microbial additives with patented delivery processes for enhanced corrosion protection.
INNER LAYER – soft woven polyester to protect engine cowlings and other highly finished, delicate surfaces.

o Originally designed for military use, our covers are built to perform
o Access doorsfor maintenance/desiccant exchange and document pouches for service tracking are included as no cost standard items
o The front (inlet) cover carries a siliconized circumferential ratchet band that allows the front cover to be installed without the need for straps
from the rear to the front of the engine

Preneet Full Wrap and 2 Piece Cover Solutions are our most cost- effective on wing protective solutions. Designed for short to medium storage periods, these cover sets allow for easyengine maintenance without requiringthe full removal of the cover.
